The process
- Initial contact. Call us at 920-888-4465 or fill out the online application. We will ask a few screening questions regarding your sobriety date, recent treatment history, and basic needs.
- Intake interview. An interview will be scheduled with our program team by phone, virtually, or in person. We will discuss your recovery goals, review the House Rules and expectations, and answer questions.
- Documentation. Upon conditional acceptance you will need a photo ID; a release of information from your recent treatment facility, case workers, or probation/parole (if applicable); and a confirmed source of income or financial support plan.
- Move-in and orientation. Once accepted, a move-in date will be coordinated. The first month's program fees are due upon arrival. You will receive a comprehensive orientation to the house, your room, and the other residents.
